As summer approached this year this bottom picture was the center of my dreams for clothes. But when I was dreaming the dream seemed more like a foretelling of the future. Now it is just a dream, a dream of what I would have been wearing if I had been able to go summer thrift shopping. Damn you Korea and all your stores that only sell things brand spanking new!!!

I have been saving this picture for the perfect moment to share it with my friends. Looking at it now I'm not exactly sure why I felt the need to wait, but I still feel that same sense of love and happiness that I got when I first saw this picture. It is just so angsty teen. The slouch and the straw... something about it really does wonders for me.

My last bracelet fell off when I was in Seoul last week. It was sad because it fell off in a really gross bathroom in a mall... so uncerimonious. It is also sad because this is the first time my wrists have been empty in far over a year. That last man standing was from Northern Vietnam and I got it last October. I was really hopeful it would last a whole year, but no such luck. I notice it missing the most when I am drying off after a shower. I no longer have to pat it dry.

Losing it makes me want more... lots more!!! How greedy I can get!

There are casting calls for Mad Men online and people post a picture and then it is a vote. This lovely lady, who's blog I follow, is in the running. But, so many of the people who were beating her in the votes are really lame!! So I thought I'd post her sweet look up here and get a few friends to vote for her.
